Phil’s Background
Phil significantly influences performance and productivity by working with and coaching individuals and teams. He provides mentoring and coaching support to first- and second-line managers within all corporate functions and executive coaching to Board members. Phil designs and delivers excellently evaluated skills & knowledge development workshops and experiences for clients throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia, with a particular expertise in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, communications, petrochemicals & logistics. Phil also offers skills development support to clients’ customers, enhancing brand value propositions, and importantly, his training and coaching support is accredited for continuing professional development (CPD).

Phil is a faculty member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and Management Centre Europe (Brussels). He is an Associate Member of the Healthcare Communications Association and a Member of the UK Institute of Directors. Phil annually judges the UK Pharmaceutical Field Sales Awards and mentors students at the University of Wolverhampton Business School.
