We spend a lot of time in meetings and therefore we should ensure that our time is spent as efficiently as possible.

This workshop helps delegates to structure meetings effectively, invite the appropriate people, facilitate and chair discussions, manage conflict and lead the meeting to a specific outcome and agreed actions.
