Coachwise has worked in conjunction with senior NHS Professionals and ther pharmaceutical industry within a variety of areas to design and implement professional skills training programmes for both clinical and non-clinical staff within the NHS.
We have worked with Clinical Commissioning Groups, Nurse Consultants, teams of newly-appointed Consultants, Senior Registrar Groups, GP Registrar Schemes, GP Trainer groups and many multi-disciplinary teams. We also coach Consultants on Presentation and Facilitation Skills, Project and Change Managementand we designed and delivered the training for the Department of Health Smoke Free campaign.
