Vicki specialises in operational human resources support, working with companies to help achieve business objectives through practical, workable solutions to day-to-day people issues.
Vicki is an HR professional with over 25 years’ experience of HR management gained in the NHS, British Gas and the pharmaceutical industry. In the last 10 years Vicki has focused on working with smaller organisations of up to 250 employees. Vicki’s experience has involved all aspect of HR support – advising and counselling managers on people management issues, employment legislation and workplace human relations issues. Vicki has particular expertise in redundancy handling and business transfers (TUPE).
With a strong focus on employment legislation, Vicki is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds the Institute’s Advanced Certificate in Employment law. |
