Mark has a BSc in Biological Sciences and an MSc in Toxicology, and this was his route into the Pharmaceutical industry. He spent nearly 20 years working for a variety of blue chip Pharmaceutical Companies, starting in Research & Development before moving into Sales. Mark was highly successful and progressed rapidly through roles in selling, sales training and sales management before finding his true calling in Management Development. His biggest project was setting up a pan European sales management academy in Brussels for the whole of Europe. He left the industry to pursue a career as a Training Consultant in 2006.

Mark is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and uses his expertise to design and run fun, stimulating workshops on any aspect of communications skills. He is much sought after and regularly delivers training all over the world.

Mark is accredited to run Level A Psychometric Testing and is a member of the British Psychological Society.
