Gavin has a background in science having studied Chemistry Physics and Biology at The University of Dundee. He worked at Parke Davis Pharmaceuticals for almost 20 years and has held senior positions in Sales, Sales Management and Sales Training. He was also an International Vice President with JCI assigned to Ghana, Cote D'Ivoire, Nigeria, Kenya, Malawi and Mauritius.

Gavin works with a broad range of clients from sectors as diverse as Healthcare and Pharma to Software development. He is a communication skills specialist who delivers bespoke training interventions to transform the way staff and managers communicate, motivate, influence and present.

Gavin is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), a Solutions Focused (SF) practitioner and an Advanced Speaker with Toastmasters International.

Gavin is an enthusiastic and inspirational trainer, presenter and coach whose authenticity and consistency is much in demand.
