Denise is an experienced trainer and performance coach who enjoys working with sales representatives and first line sales managers to support improvements in sales force effectiveness. Denise developed strong inter-personal, networking and stakeholder management skills within a 19 year successful career within a variety of roles including training, people and project management within GSK. Denise enjoys designing and implementing selling skills training programmes including telephone selling and WebEx / e-detailing communication with customers, her expertise within this area being underpinned through her successful management of such telephone-based sales teams. Denise is also an experienced and impressive coach, being a founder member of the UK Association of Coaching and having a Diploma in Performance (Business) Coaching and a Certificate in life Coaching.

Denise, whose career has also included owning a Recruitment Agency in Dubai and managing a number of high profile commercial projects within the pharmaceutical industry, is a dynamic, professional and powerful trainer and facilitator.
