Katerina spent nine years within the pharmaceutical industry, successfully performing a variety of roles, including Sales Representative, Sales Manager and Training & Development Manager.

Katerina is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and uses her experience within this area to encourage accelerated learning by delegates on her workshops.

Katerina specialises in supporting the skills which enable people to sell more effectively, communicate with positive results, think creatively and present with more impact.   Katerina has a particular interest in helping people to develop their personal effectiveness.
