Jitu is a successful executive coach working with a number of corporate clients . His ability to build rapport, together with a genuine and passionate interest in understanding people and what motivates them has been a major factor in the achievement and success he has shared and enjoyed.

He is currently completing his Masters in Coaching and Development having successfully passed and awarded the PgC- EQA (European Quality Award) Practitioner status .The programme has offered academic rigour and the opportunity to stretch his coaching competency whilst providing a rewarding development opportunity in a stimulating and rewarding environment.

He is a qualified rugby and cricket coach and also spends time coaching young people from disadvantaged backgrounds through the voluntary sector. This experience offers the opportunity to work in a challenging environment and to actively contribute in the growth and development of our youth.  

Jitu is a highly experienced commercial professional with over 20 years of senior management and board level experience in the pharmaceutical industry. This included time at Glaxo (now GSK), Merck Sharpe & Dohme, Lorex Synthelabo (now Sanofi) and Yamanouchi (now Astellas).
